COVID update in line with government changes due to take place from 19th July 2021.
Please be aware that we are NOT making any changes to our Covid process and procedures during this time. While self-isolation is still in place until atleast the 16th August we will be following social distance rules, aswell as temperature checks, hand sanitising, one way system and continued increased cleaning. We ask all parents to remind their children that we are still social distancing at the studio. Parents will still be unable to enter the building at this time. We hope that from the 16th August we will be able to relax some of these restrictions.

Studio phased reopening as per government guidelines and roadmap - spring 2021: Please see below our plan based on the latest government announcment. This plan covers our proposed return dates plus how we will deliver when we are allowed to re-open the studio to members of the public:
The dates of our re-opening.
- All our classes for under 18's including our MiniCre8ive toddler classes will recommence at the studio from Monday 12th April.
- All adult dance and fitness classes will recommence at the studio from Monday 17th May.
- We are closely looking at our timetable to ensure our students are continuing to progress. Usually we have made changes to some of our class times to ensure students are moving to the correct level and continuing to access the time they need to progress. It is important to us that we continue with this process as much as possible to prevent our students from losing out on opportunities. Although we know change is not easy to accommodate, it is only ever done to help with the progress of the students. Any changes to class times will be communicated to you prior to our return.
Once at the studio. Although some social distancing measures may start to ease in the coming months we will still be following social distancing measures until we officially announce otherwise. With this in mind please see below our processes that we will continue to follow once we return to the studio. We ask all parents to remind their children too of these processes so we can work together to continue to be safe:
- Parents are not permitted to enter any parts of the studio unless they are taking part in our Mini-Cre8ive Toddler dance sessions.
- A one-way system is in place with a tutor collecting students from the front entrance and seeing them out the back door at the end of their lesson.
- Temperature checks are in place for every student entering the building and any student with a temperature of 37.8 or more will not be allowed access.
- Hand sanitising stations are already in place throughout the studio and all students are asked to hand sanitise on entry to the building.
- We are operating a queuing system to enter the building. All students are advised to socially distance and queue along the front of the building and around the edge and down the side of the building and refrain from spilling into the car park.
- We are socially distancing in the studio and are encouraging all students and parents to do so whilst waiting for entry and as they leave the area.
- Any equipment used for classes is cleaned prior and cleaned afterwards.
- Once Adults are allowed to return we will encourage them to bring their own equipment to their classes if they have it available. If you do need to use our equipment we are asking you to make contact prior to inform us so we can be ready.
- The studio is cleaned regularly and high touch areas are cleaned every hour.
CAST and Parklands Show opportunities for all students. Some students will be working towards both CAST and Parklands events but every student will be working towards atleast one of these events. We have continued to prepare the students for these events and these will become a priority for us as soon as we can confirm dates with the venues. We know parents have missed out on opportunities to see their children perform with their team - this is a priority for us when we return:
- We are working with CAST to secure new dates for after the summer for our CAST show (2021) - UPDATE: please speak to a member of the team if you do not already have these new dates.
- We are working with CAST to secure dates for 2022 show - something for everyone to get excited about - UPDATE: please speak to a member of the team if you do not already have these dates.
- We are waiting on dates for our Parklands show and hope to come back to you with some dates for the summer 2021 and a christmas performance too - UPDATE: the venue are not confirming any dates until they are fully open at the end of June, we will update parents and students when we know more.
Any confirmed dates for performances will be communicated to you as soon as we have them finalised.

Studio reopening from Monday 4th January 2020: Please see below how we will deliver from this period
- All our lessons including our Adult Fitness classes and our MiniCre8ive toddler classes will move online and be delivered using Zoom (this is the same as what we did in the November lockdown and in the Summer)
- Our tutors will deliver lessons from the studio following our Covid secure measures to ensure they are protecting themselves whilst at their place of work
- Our timetable will remain the same, we have no plans to change any class times at present
- Links to access the live lessons will be sent to parents/students and these links will remain the same throughout this time period for each class
- Lessons will not be recorded or available to view at a later date. We are really pushing for all students to continue with their regular timetable to help them continue with structure during this period of time
- Parent/Students that are new to all this will not need to buy a Zoom account to be able to attend lessons. You may only need to ensure you have a Zoom account ready (free account) and you will simply click the link we send you to access the live lesson
- Those students who are working towards CAST show or Parklands show will continue working as usual. Any changes to dates of performances will be organised and confirmed to you as and when we have them finalised.
- Dance wear orders can still be made during this time - please email us with your requirements.
- Dance Camp and workshop bookings can still be made through our website, if these dates are cancelled we will offer a full refund or a change of day.
- We are positive and motivated to make this next short lockdown a fun and worthwhile experience. We want all students to attend their classes so we can continue to work hard and support each other.

Sheffield City Region is a combined authority for South Yorkshire and includes Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield. They have confirmed that our adult classes can continue.
